How to Manage Payments Through Your SYW Online Dashboard

Once you activate your Shop Your Way® (SYW) Mastercard®, you can easily manage payments online through the Citi-managed SYW dashboard.
This guide explains how to view balances, make payments, schedule payments, and manage autopay using your SYW online account.


🔹 Where to Access the SYW Online Dashboard

Log in securely at:

Once logged in, you’ll land on your Account Summary Dashboard, where all payment tools are available.


1. How to View Your Payment Information

On the dashboard, you can quickly see:

  • Current Balance

  • Minimum Amount Due

  • Payment Due Date

  • Statement Balance

  • Last Payment Made

This helps you track your credit usage and avoid late fees.


2. How to Make a One-Time Payment

✅ Step 1: Go to the Payments Section

Click “Make a Payment” or “Payments” from the top menu.

✅ Step 2: Choose Your Payment Source

You can pay using:

  • A checking account

  • A savings account

(Add your bank details if you’re a first-time user.)

✅ Step 3: Enter Your Payment Amount

Choose from options like:

  • Minimum Due

  • Statement Balance

  • Current Balance

  • Custom Amount

✅ Step 4: Select Payment Date

You can:

  • Pay today

  • Schedule the payment for a future date

✅ Step 5: Review & Confirm

Check your details and press Submit.

You’ll receive a payment confirmation on-screen and by email.


3. How to Schedule Future Payments

If you want to set a payment for an upcoming date:

  1. Go to Make a Payment

  2. Choose Custom Amount or a preset amount

  3. Select a future date

  4. Click Confirm

Scheduled payments will appear under Payment Activity.


4. How to Set Up Autopay (Automatic Payments)

Autopay ensures you never miss a due date.

✅ To enable Autopay:

  1. Go to Payments

  2. Select Enroll in AutoPay

  3. Choose how you want to pay:

    • Minimum Payment

    • Statement Balance

    • Fixed Amount

  4. Select your bank account

  5. Confirm enrollment

Autopay will run automatically every billing cycle.


5. How to Add or Update Your Bank Account

If you want to change your payment method:

  1. Navigate to Payments

  2. Click Manage Payment Accounts

  3. Add a new checking/savings account

  4. Remove outdated accounts if needed

Always double-check your routing and account numbers.


6. How to Check Your Payment History

The dashboard also displays your full payment record.

To view it:

  1. Go to Recent Activity

  2. Select Payments

  3. See:

    • Posted payments

    • Pending payments

    • Scheduled future payments

You can also download this information for your records.


7. How to Set Alerts for Payment Reminders

Under Profile & Settings, you can turn on alerts for:

  • Payment due reminders

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Autopay processing notifications

You can receive alerts via SMS, email, or app notifications.


🔧 Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If you can’t make a payment:

✔ Ensure your bank account is valid
✔ Disable VPN or ad blocker
✔ Try another device or browser
✔ Verify that your payment method is not blocked
✔ Contact Citi customer support (via number on your card)
